河南省2025年度执业药师继续教育时间及报名入口平台

overflow-wrap: break-word; line-height: 36px; word-break: normal; font-family: 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun, arial; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;">　　历年取得执业药师资格证书人员（含2024年执业药师考试并取得执业药师资格证书人员）。</p> <p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word; line-height: 36px; word-break: normal; font-family: 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun, arial; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;">　　<strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">二、继续教育时间</strong></p> <p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word; line-height: 36px; word-break: normal; font-family: 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun, arial; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;">　　2025年度河南省执业药师继续教育学习时间统一为：3月10日至12月30日。</p> <p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word; line-height: 36px; word-break: normal; font-family: 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun, arial; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: #ffffff; overflow-wrap: break-word; line-height: 36px; word-break: normal; font-family: 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun, arial; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;">　　执业药师继续教育内容包括公需科目和专业科目。公需科目包括执业药师应当普遍掌握的政治理论、法律法规、职业道德、技术信息等基本知识。专业科目包括从事药品质量管理和药学服务工作应当掌握的行业政策法规，药品管理、处方审核调配、合理用药指导等专业知识和专业技能，以及行业发展需要的新理论、新知识、新技术、新方法等。</p> <p style="margin-top: 15px; overflow-wrap: break-word; line-height: 36px; word-break: normal; font-family: 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun, arial; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;">　　全省执业药师继续教育学时均可登录&ldquo;河南省药品监督管理局&rdquo;网站&rarr;&ldquo;执业药师&rdquo;专栏&rarr;&ldquo;继续教育&rdquo;&rarr;&ldquo;学时查询平台（http://111.6.230.55:8088/search）&rdquo;查询学习档案信息。</p> <p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word; line-height: 36px; word-break: normal; font-family: 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun, arial; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;">　　执业药师应当自取得执业药师职业资格证书的次年起开始参加继续教育。</p> <p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word; line-height: 36px; word-break: normal; font-family: 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun, arial; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;">　　（一）全年必须完成不少于90学时的继续教育培训。其中：专业科目不少于60学时，公需科目不少于30学时，学员完成全部课程的学习后进行综合测试。鼓励执业药师参加实训培养。</p> <p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word; line-height: 36px; word-break: normal; font-family: 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun, arial; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;">　　（二）参加继续教育取得的学时在当年度有效，原则上不得结转或者顺延至以后年度。继续教育人员因伤、病、孕等特殊原因无法在当年度完成继续教育学时的，由用人单位出具有效证明，经审核批准，可于下一年度内补学完成上一年度规定学时。</p> <p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word; line-height: 36px; word-break: normal; font-family: 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun, arial; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;">　　（三）执业药师在参与援藏、援疆、援青等援派工作期间，视同完成年度继续教育学时。执业药师在参与重大突发公共卫生事件工作期间提供药品管理与药学服务的，由执业药师用人单位出具证明，经省级药品监管部门确认符合要求的，可视同参加继续教育。</p> <p style="margin-top: 15px; overflow-wrap: break-word; line-height: 36px; word-break: normal; font-family: 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun, arial; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;">　　（一）根据《执业药师继续教育暂行规定》有关规定，执业药师享有参加继续教育的权利和接受继续教育的义务，执业药师用人单位应当为执业药师参加继续教育活动提供保障。执业药师无特殊原因应在当年度完成继续教育学习，参加继续教育情况作为执业药师注册执业的必要条件和聘任专业技术职务或者申报评定高一级职称资格的重要条件。</p> <p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word; line-height: 36px; word-break: normal; font-family: 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun, arial; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;">　　（二）各继续教育施教机构要认真执行《执业药师继续教育暂行规定》，完善年度教育培训计划，及时更新继续教育课程，网络教学与现场教学有机结合，保持专业课程体系培训的连续性、实用性。培训过程规范教学行为，持续提升信息技术能力，加强学习考勤考核及学员管理，不断提高继续教育质量。</p> <p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word; line-height: 36px; word-break: normal; font-family: 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun, arial; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;">　　（三）其他事项按《执业药师继续教育暂行规定》和省药监局有关要求执行。严格规范继续教育收费管理，统一收费标准，坚决杜绝乱收费或只收费不培训，严禁以其他名义变相收取继续教育费用，不得以任何形式增加执业药师继续教育不合理负担。</p> <p style="margin-top: 15px;
