河南林业职业学院2024年公开招聘博士研究生工作方案

<p>根据河南省人力资源和社会保障厅《河南省事业单位公开招聘工作规程》（豫人社〔2015〕55号）和中共河南省委组织部、河南省人力资源和社会保障厅《关于进一步加强和改进事业单位公开招聘工作的意见》（豫人社事业[2016]4号）规定，我校2024年拟面向社会招聘博士研究生15名。结合我校实际，制定本公开招聘方案。</p><p>一、学校简介</p><p class="g167708f6c8457435">河南林业职业学院位于洛阳市，是省属公办全日制高等职业院校。创建于1951年4月，目前有在校生10700人，开设专科专业43个。享受国务院特殊津贴专家1人，河南省职教专家2人，河南省学术技术带头人4人，河南省高层次人才5人，河南省教育厅学科带头人15人；洛阳市劳动模范2人，洛阳市优秀教师13人，洛阳市青年科技专家1人，洛阳市优秀专家1人。</p><p></p><p>二、公开招聘工作组织领导</p><p>学校成立由主要领导任组长，主管人事的副书记任副组长，人事处、教务处、纪委和各用人部门负责人组成招聘工作领导小组，领导小组下设办公室，办公室设在人事处，具体负责招聘的组织、协调工作。</p><p>三、招聘岗位、专业及人数</p><p>详见附件《河南林业职业学院2024年公开招聘博士研究生一览表》。</p><p>四、招聘条件</p><p>(一)应聘人员必须具备的基本条件</p><p>1.具有中华人民共和国国籍。</p><p>2.遵守宪法和法律。</p><p>3.具有良好的品行。</p><p>4.适应岗位要求的身体条件。</p><p>5.取得学历、学位证书的普通高等教育博士研究生，且在1984年1月1日及以后出生；副教授以上职称年龄可放宽至1974年1月1日及以后出生。</p><p>6.岗位所需的专业和其他条件详见《河南林业职业学院2024年公开招聘博士研究生一览表》。</p><p>(二)有下列情形之一的不得报名应聘</p><p>1.刑事处罚期限未满或者涉嫌违法犯罪正在接受调查的人员。</p><p>2.尚未解除党纪、政纪处分或正在接受纪律审查的人员。</p><p>3.五年内曾在公务员招录、事业单位公开招聘等考试中被认定有舞弊等严重违反招聘纪律行为人员。</p><p>4.国家和省另有规定不得应聘到事业单位的人员。</p><p>五、招聘工作程序</p><p>(一)公布招聘信息</p><p>本次招聘方案经河南省人力资源和社会保障厅审核备案后、同时发布在河南省人力资源和社会保障厅（网址：http://hrss.henan.gov.cn/)和河南林业职业学院网站（网址：http:/www.hnfvc.edu.cn)发布。招聘全过程的具体安排详见学校网站主页，应聘人员应及时关注。招聘信息自发布之日起至2024年12月31日有效，录满为止。</p><p>(二)报名和资格审查</p><p>报名采用网上报名方式，请填写《河南林业职业学院博士研究生应聘登记表》，并随个人高等教育阶段所有学历、学位证书及认证报告等电子版材料发送至指定邮箱(hnlzyzzb@126.com)。</p><p>重要提示：现场资格审查和确认时，应按学校要求携带本人身份证、学历、学位证书原件及认证报告等相关材料。报名和资格审查工作由我校招聘工作领导小组负责。资格审查贯穿招聘全过程，一旦查实应聘人员资格不符，取消应聘资格。</p><p>应聘人员若需咨询，请直接与学校人事处联系。联系电话：0379-63500032。</p><p>(三)考核</p><p>考试由我校具体组织实施，采用面试方式进行，主要考察应聘人员的专业技术水平、语言表达能力、分析判断能力等，考试成绩低于60分者，将不予聘用。</p><p>(四)体检和考察</p><p>体检工作由我校组织实施，体检人员根据面试成绩，按拟招聘岗位人数1：1比例从高分到低分确定，最后一名面试成绩相同的，进行面试加试。体检人员名单在我校人事处网站公布。体检标准参照《河南省教师资格申请人员体格检查标准(2017年修订)》。如体检出现不合格者，由学校决定是否按报考同一招聘岗位从高分到低分的顺序依次递补。体检合格人员由我校对其思想政治表现、道德品质等进行考察。对有违纪违规记录、以及其他不符合应聘条件的人员，经核实取消应聘资格。考察不合格不再递补。</p><p>(五)拟聘人员公示</p><p>体检、考察合格人员即为拟聘用人员。拟聘用人员名单招聘结束后在人社厅和学校网站进行公示，公示期为7个工作日。</p><p>六、聘用</p><p>经公示无异议的人员，办理聘用及相关手续，其工资待遇按河南省事业单位有关规定执行。</p><p
