湖南省2024年度二级建造师和二级造价工程师职业资格考试（常德考区）考后人工核查公告

<p><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://img2.meite.com/questions/202409/0466d823ec25a2e.png" /></p> <p>　<span style="color: #0000ff;">　湖南省2024年度<a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://www.jutiku.cn/app/172.html" target="_blank">二级建造师</a>和二级造价工程师职业资格考试(常德考区)考后人工核查工作定于<strong>2024</strong><strong>年9月18日&mdash;19日</strong>进行，请常德考区需要进行考后人工核查的考生按照规定的核查时间(上午8:00-12:00.下午15:00-18:00)到常德市人社局东院(柳叶大道189号)五楼512室专业技术人员管理科(0736-7893116)进行现场资格审查。</span></p> <p>　　一、人工核查对象</p> <p>　　湖南省2024年度二级建造师和二级造价工程师职业资格考试(常德考区)全部科目成绩合格且存在以下情况的(具体人员名单见附件)：</p> <p>　　1.在线服务平台无法核查或核查不通过的;</p> <p>　　2.符合免试部分科目报考条件的;</p> <p>　　3.不适用告知承诺制的;</p> <p>　　4.未选择告知承诺制方式办理相关事项的;</p> <p>　　5.撤回承诺申请的;</p> <p>　　6.存在其他异常情况需人工核查的。</p> <p>　　<strong>特别说明：上述考试曾参加考后人工核查因不符合报考条件未通过人员不再受理。</strong></p> <p>　<strong>　二、人工核查须提交的资料及要求</strong></p> <p>　　(一)《资格考试报名表》1份。</p> <p>　　(二)所在单位签字盖章的从事工作年限的证明材料。</p> <p>　　(三)毕业证件</p> <p>　　1.持教育部门学历的，查验以下材料：</p> <p>　　①2002年及以后取得的大专(含以上)高等教育学历证书，用人单位查验在学信网(www.chsi.com.cn)下载的《教育部学历证书电子注册备案表》;2002年以前取得高等教育学历证书，以及2002年之后未在高校学生学历信息管理系统相关数据库中注册的高等教育学历证书，用人单位需查验在学信网免费申请的学历认证报告(相关申请资料准备要求详见学信网)。</p> <p>　　②2005年6月及以后取得的湖南省中专学历证书，用人单位查验在湖南省中等职业学校毕业证查询系统(https://zzxlrz.hnedu.cn/xlrz/toAcademicAttestation)认证结果。2005年6月前取得的湖南省中专学历证书，用人单位需查验省教育厅开具学历认证报告。</p> <p>　　<strong>再次特别提醒：</strong>教育部门核验未注册学历学位证书需要一定时间(20个工作日)，请申请人提前做好准备。</p> <p>　　所需材料：毕业证书原件或学历证明书原件、身份证原件、毕业学校或教育行政部门复印的录取花名册或毕业生花名册(加盖存档部门公章并留经办人姓名和办公电话)。受理方式为现场办理。</p> <p>　　办理地点：湖南省大中专学校学生信息咨询与就业指导中心(长沙市岳麓区岳麓街道石竹塘路与靳江路交叉口北80米)，联系电话：0731-82116082.</p> <p>　　2.持国(境)外学历学位的，用人单位查验教育部留学服务中心中国留学网(http://www.cscse.edu.cn)学历学位认证书(港澳台地区取得的学历参照执行)。</p> <p>　　3.持党校学历的，用人单位查验党校官方网站毕业证书查询页面;网上无法查询的，用人单位查验党校开具的学历认证报告。</p> <p>　　4.根据《湖南省人力资源和社会保障厅关于印发〈湖南省畅通职称评审绿色通道10条实施意见〉的通知》(湘人社发〔2019〕67号)&ldquo;技工院校中级工班、高级工班、预备技师(技师)班毕业，分别按中专、大专、本科学历申报参评相应系列(专业)职称&rdquo;的规定，持技工院校毕业证书的，所在单位查验以下材料：</p> <p>　　①2005年至2013年技工院校毕业的，提供湖南人力资源社会保障公共服务网技工院校毕业证书查询系统的查验结果页面;</p> <p>　　②2015年以后技工院校毕业的，提供人力资源社会保障部全国毕业证书查询系统查验结果页面;</p> <p>　　③其它年度毕业的，提供考点所在市州人力资源和社会保障局职业能力建设科(处)学籍认证查验结果。</p> <p>　　(四)符合免考部分科目条件或报考的考生提交符合免考条件的相应职称证书、聘书等材料。</p> <p>　　(五)其它申请人需补充的辅证材料。</p> <p>　　<strong>注：提供的所有材料都需单位盖章并签写&ldquo;已核，与原件一致&rdquo;</strong></p> <p>　　为更好服务广大考生，以上各类资格考试审核通过人员可访问常德市人力资源和社会保障局&ldquo;人事考试&rdquo;专栏(https://mohrss.changde.gov.cn/rsks)，在网站&ldquo;下载中心&rdquo;板块中自行下载《证书邮寄申请表》，准确填写后发送至电子邮箱493205378@qq.com，待证书下发后，我院将提供证书邮寄服务(费用由考生自理)。</p> <p>　　附件：1.</p> <p align="center"><img src="https://mohrss.changde.gov.cnhttps//mohrss.changde.gov.cn/Content/_Common/Assets/UEditor/dialogs/attachment/fileTypeImages/icon_xls.gif" alt="" align="" border="0" /></p> <p><a style="color: rgba(0. 102. 204. 1);
