广东2024年度第六期执业药师继续教育面授培训（湛江）班的通知

<p>　　根据《关于举办2024年度<a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://www.jutiku.cn/app/174.html" target="_blank">执业药师</a>继续教育面授培训的通知》(粤药协〔2024〕13号)，协会定于2024年9月23-24日举办2024年度第六期执业药师继续教育面授培训(湛江)班，现就有关事项通知如下：</p> <p><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://img2.meite.com/questions/202408/0166ab55ef85aff.png" /><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://img2.meite.com/questions/202408/0166ab55f8acb5b.png" />　<strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">　一、培训对象</span></strong></p> <p>　　历年取得执业药师职业资格人员(含2023年执业药师考试合格并取得执业药师职业资格人员)。</p> <p>　　<strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">二、培训内容、学习形式和学时说明</span></strong></p> <p>　　本次培训为执业药师继续教育专业科目培训(线下、线上学习相结合)，线下培训课程为10学时，线上培训课程为50学时，共计授予专业科目60学时。</p> <p>　　公需科目请在专业科目报名交费后自行选课和学习，完成学习后授予公需科目30学时。</p> <p>　　<strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">三、线下培训时间及地点</span></strong></p> <p><span style="color: #0000ff;">　　报到时间：9月23日(周一)下午2:30-6:00;9月24日(周二)上午7:30-9:00</span></p> <p><span style="color: #0000ff;">　　培训时间：9月24日(周二) &nbsp;上午9:00-12:00;下午1:30-5:30</span></p> <p>　　报到及培训地点：湛江市赤坎区(详细地址和上课时间后续开课通知为准)。</p> <p>　<strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">　四、线上培训时间</span></strong></p> <p>　　报名交费后，可以立即进行线上课程学习和考试，需在线下培训结束后15个工作日内(即10月18日前)完成专业科目全部学习和考试。</p> <p>　<strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">　五、报名方式</span></strong></p> <p>　　进入广东省药师协会官网(www.gdysxh.com)或微信小程序(名称：广东省药师协会)，点击&ldquo;专业课选课(面授培训)&rdquo;进行报名(已报名参加远程网络学习的执业药师请勿重复报名)。</p> <p align="center"><img src="https://img2.meite.com/question/2024-08/66ab4e2a0beb5.png" alt="image.png" width="185" height="185" align="" border="0" /></p> <p>　　(&ldquo;广东省药师协会&rdquo;小程序)</p> <p>　　<strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">六、培训费用</span></strong></p> <p>　　执业药师继续教育面授培训费用为专业科目180元/人/年(含线上、线下课程)，公需科目免费学习。同时，到场参加者赠送一本广东省药师协会2024年度执业药师继续教育精编教材。</p> <p>　<strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">　七、其他相关事项</span></strong></p> <p>　　1、如已报名广东省药师协会远程网络教育，想前往现场参加面授培训的执业药师，可提前联系工作人员预留位置和培训资料。</p> <p>　　2、联系电话：020-37886911、020-83841569.</p> <p>　　附件：<a style="color: rgb(0. 102. 204);
