<p> 根据《人力资源社会保障部办公厅关于2024年度专业技术人员职业资格考试工作计划及有关事项的通知》(人社厅发〔2024〕1号)，2024年度设备监理师职业资格考试于9月21日、22日举行。现将有关事项通知如下：</p>

<p> 考试设“设备监理基础知识和相关法规”(客观题)、“设备工程质量管理与检验”(客观题)、“设备工程项目管理”(客观题)和“设备监理实务与案例分析”(主观题)4个科目。参加4个科目考试(级别为考全科)的人员须在连续4个考试年度内通过应试科目，参加2个科目考试(级别为免二科)的人员须在2个考试年度内通过应试科目，方可取得资格证书。</p>

<p> <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>三、报考条件</strong></span></p>
<p> 凡符合《市场监管总局 人力资源社会保障部关于印发〈设备监理师职业资格制度规定〉〈设备监理师职业资格考试实施办法〉的通知》(国市监质发〔2023〕13号)规定条件的人员，均可报名参加设备监理师职业资格考试。</p>
<p> 《设备监理师职业资格制度规定》第九条：遵守中华人民共和国宪法、法律、法规，恪守职业道德，诚实守信，并符合下列条件之一的人员，可以申请参加设备监理师职业资格考试：</p>
<p> (一)具备工学、理学、管理学或经济学学科门类专业的大专学历，从事设备监理相关业务工作满4年;</p>
<p> (二)具备工学、理学、管理学或经济学学科门类专业的本科学历或学位，从事设备监理相关业务工作满3年;</p>
<p> (三)具备工学、理学、管理学或经济学学科门类专业的硕士学位或专业学位，从事设备监理相关业务工作满2年;</p>
<p> (四)具备设备监理方向工程硕士学位(专业硕士)，从事设备监理相关业务工作满1年;</p>
<p> (五)具备工学、理学、管理学或经济学学科门类专业的博士学位。</p>
<p> 《设备监理师职业资格考试实施办法》第三条：取得<a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://www.jutiku.cn/app/176.html" target="_blank">监理工程师</a>职业资格证书的人员，可免予《设备工程项目管理》《设备监理实务与案例分析》2个科目的考试。申请免考科目的人员在报名时应当提供监理工程师职业资格证书有关材料。</p>
<p> 工作年限计算截止时间为考试年度当年12月31日。其他关于设备监理师职业资格制度有关问题的说明详见“附件列表”。</p>
<p> <strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">四、报名操作流程</span></strong></p>
<p> <strong>（一）考务流程</strong></p>

<p> <strong>1.注册：</strong>访问青海省人事考试信息网(<a href="http://www.qhpta.com/ncms/index.shtml"><span style="font-family: 宋体; color: rgb(19. 19. 19); letter-spacing: 0; font-size: 19px;">http://www.qhpta.com</span></a>)“网上报名”栏目进行报名。网上注册需填报用户基本信息：用户名、密码、真实姓名、证件类型(身份证、社保卡、护照等)、证件号码、照片、邮箱、电话。报考人员需牢记用户名及密码，并确保身份证号、姓名、邮箱和手机信息完整准确。</p>
<p> <strong>2.完善账号信息：</strong>首先上传经“照片审核工具”处理的本人半年内白底证件照片(<a href="http://www.cpta.com.cn/tooldown.html"><span style="font-family: 宋体; color: rgb(19. 19. 19); letter-spacing: 0; font-size: 19px;">下载地址请点此链接</span></a>)所上传的照片将直接用于制作资格证书。系统弹出照片上传成功的提示后，<strong>进入个人中心进行数据完善，依次完成“个人基本信息维护”、“学历信息维护”、“学位信息维护”、“工作经历维护”、“联系方式及密保问题维护”等，待到“账号信息完整度”为100%时才可进入考试报名。</strong></p>
<p> <strong>注意：核查未通过或者需现场核查的学历或学位不会影响后续报名，可先进行报考信息填写，在资格核查时按要求上传相关证明材料即可。“未核查”、“需要现场核查”、“核查不通过”并且未在考试内使用的学历或学位信息可以自行删除。</strong></p>
<p> <strong>3.填写报考信息：</strong>选择相应的报考考试进入网上报名，报考人员必须认真填写并核对报名信息(务必保证姓名、身份证号、报考级别、报考专业及科目信息准确。报考全科时，输入学历和专业工作年限应符合报考条件要求;报免试科目时，必须满足专业职务、学历和工作年限要求)。报考人员自愿选择是否采用告知承诺制方式报名：选择采用告知承诺制方式报名，在未缴费且报名截止前仅有一次撤回承诺的机会，撤回承诺后将进行网上上传材料然后等待核查;不采用告知承诺制方式报名，将直接进行网上上传材料然后等待核查(存在虚假承诺行为的、存在严重违纪违规行为或特别严重违纪违规行为的、被记入资格考试诚信档案库且在记录期内的人员，不适用告知承诺制)。</p>
<p> <strong>4.信息确认：</strong>报考人员在保存报名信息并签署告知承诺书后，一定要进行信息确认步骤，否则不会进入资格审查项。报考人员采用电子方式签署告知承诺书(电子文本)，一经提交即具有法律效力，不允许代为承诺。</p>
<p> <strong>5.资格审查：</strong>报考人员在提交报考信息后，网上报名系统将对学历、学位、所学专业、工作年限等内容与报考特定条件相符合情况进行在线核查，核查通过的可直接缴费。(已经作出承诺的;身份、学历学位、所学专业等信息已经全部在线自动完成核查的;在资格考试诚信档案库无记录的报考人员可免于核查。)</p>
<p> <strong>6.网上缴费：</strong>报考人员资格审核通过后，须网上缴费确认，缴费成功后报名信息不可更改，请报考人员务必在缴费前确认个人报名信息。没有缴费或缴费不成功的报考人员视为报名失败。</p>
<p> <strong>7.报名成功：</strong>在缴费时间截止前缴费成功的视为报名成功。</p>

<p> <strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">五、资格复核</span></strong></p>
<p> 2024年度设备监理师职业资格考试成绩将在中国人事考试网上公布，待成绩公布后，我中心会同有关行业部门、协会学会等单位将<strong>对本年度成绩合格且可以领取证书人员进行考后报名资格的复核工作，请及时关注青海省人事考试信息网发布的相关公告，按时进行复核，逾期将影响证书发放。</strong></p>
