margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://img2.meite.com/questions/202404/01660a1802abe0c.png" /></p> <p><span style="color: #ff0000;">　　二、成绩查询内容</span></p> <p>　　1.单独招生考试的考生查询到的成绩为文化素质考试成绩(满分200分，不含技能测试)。</p> <p>　　2.综合评价招生考试的考生查询到的成绩为综合素质评价及面试的总成绩(满分为200分)。</p> <p><span style="color: #ff0000;">　　三、成绩复核范围</span></p> <p>　　若考生对成绩有异议，可于3月31日-4月1日18点前申请成绩复核。复核范围仅限于考生复核本人成绩，包括评分有无漏评、有无漏统分、有无成绩合分错误等方面。评分标准、对主观题评卷的宽严度以及对他人考试成绩的质疑等问题不在复核范围之内，考生不得查阅试卷及考试视频。</p> <p><span style="color: #ff0000;">　　四、成绩复核程序及所需材料</span></p> <p>　　1.考生需本人提出成绩复核的书面申请，并按要求准备以下材料的电子版：①书面复核申请：下载填写《青岛恒星科技学院2024年单招综评成绩复核申请表》(见附件)包含姓名、考生号、身份证号、联系方式、电子邮箱地址和核查理由，并注明招生类型(单独招生或综合评价招生)，经本人签字及考生学籍所在学校或单位盖章后的扫描件;②考生手持身份证、书面复核申请的半身照片。</p> <p>　　2.请考生在规定时间内，将复核所需的材料发送至学校邮箱qdhxjwc@163.com(邮件标题：单招(或综评)+考生姓名+成绩复核)，逾期不再受理。</p> <p>　　3.学校成立成绩复核工作小组，将考生复核申请表汇总后，安排专人进行复核。复核结束后，学校将复核情况说明于4月1日下午18点前以电子邮件方式发送至考生本人电子邮箱。4.如经复核确有错误的，由经办人员写出复核报告经主考签字确认后在学校督察组监督下按流程予以更正，并将更正结果电话通知考生本人。附件：青岛恒星科技学院2024年单招综评成绩复核申请表</p> <p><p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>　　💯相关推荐：</strong></span></p> <table style="border-collapse: collapse;
