margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">具有我市普通高职专科学籍且</span>2024<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">年</span>9<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">月</span>1<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">日前能够获得专科毕业证书的应届毕业生（含高职扩招和&ldquo;三二分段制&rdquo;&ldquo;五年一贯制&rdquo;等中高等职业教育贯通培养项目高职阶段毕业学生）。</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正楷体_GBK; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold;">（二）原建档立卡贫困家庭考生</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">我市将继续单列计划，专门用于招收原建档立卡贫困家庭高职专科应届毕业生（以下简称&ldquo;原建档立卡专项计划&rdquo;）。报考&ldquo;原建档立卡专项计划&rdquo;的考生，应是经省级扶贫机构登记在册并纳入全国防止返贫监测和衔接推进乡村振兴信息系统管理的原建档立卡贫困家庭，且能够于</span>2024<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">年</span>9<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">月</span>1<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">日前取得普通高职专科毕业证书的应届毕业生。</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 10pt;">根据国家及我市有关规定，退役大学生士兵、相关技能竞赛获奖学生参加<a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://www.jutiku.cn/app/258.html" target="_blank">专升本</a>招生，免于参加文化课考试，报名、资格审核及录取等有关要求另文发布。</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: 方正黑体_GBK; color: #ff0000;">二、资格条件</span></strong></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正楷体_GBK; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold;">（一）资格条件</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 10pt;">参加普通高校专升本的学生须满足以下资格条件：</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">（</span>1<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">）思想政治好，拥护中国共产党的领导，品德良好，遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律。在校期间若受过处分，截至报名时，其处分已被学校正式书面解除。</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">（</span>2<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">）学习成绩好，能顺利完成普通高职专科学业。若考试考查课有重修或补考记录的，截至报名时，其重修或补考课程成绩应全部合格。</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">（</span>3<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">）身心健康，符合国家和招生单位规定的体检要求。</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">（</span>4<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">）自愿申请。</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">（</span>2<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">）因违反国家教育考试规定</span>,<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">被给予暂停参加高校招生考试处理且在停考期内的人员。</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">（</span>3<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">）因触犯刑律已被有关部门采取强制措施或正在服刑者。</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">此外，普通本科高校与高职专科院校贯通分段培养智能产业高端技术技能型人才试点项目（以下简称，专本贯通培养项目）中，转段考核合格的高职阶段应届毕业生，原则上不纳入专升本考试招生选拔范围。如学生报名参加普通专升本考试，须放弃专本贯通培养项目转段资格并报所在高职专科学校和相关普通本科学校备案，不再享有专本贯通培养项目升本待遇，造成遗留问题，学生自行负责。</span><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">&ensp; </span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: 方正黑体_GBK; color: #ff0000;">三、报名及资格审核</span></strong></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正楷体_GBK; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold;">（二）考生类别</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 10pt;">考生在报名时，可根据本人实际情况并结合个人意愿，选择普通毕业年级考生、原建档立卡贫困家庭考生等类别报考。如同时符合多种类别（如普通毕业年级考生、原建档立卡贫困家庭考生、退役大学生士兵及技能竞赛免试生）的，只能选择其中一种类别报名，并参加相应类别的招生考试（考查）。报名时确定的考生类别，作为考生参加考试（考查）和录取的依据，在考试（考查）、填报志愿和录取等环节，均不得更改。</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正楷体_GBK; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold;">（三）资格审核</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 10pt;">考生资格审核由各专科毕业院校负责，具体方式由专科毕业院校和市教育考试院确定并负责审核把关。具体工作时限及要求，由市教育考试院根据全市整体安排和要求予以明确和发布。</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 10pt;">原建档立卡专项计划考生报名资格由就读院校根据资助系统及有关证明材料等审核确认。市教委将会同市乡村振兴局对这类考生进行资格复核，对不符合条件的考生将及时反馈高校。高校须取消其建档立卡考生报考资格，并通知考生及时以普通考生类别报名。如考生不愿意参加普通考生报名，学校将不予确认，视为考生报名无效。</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: 方正黑体_GBK; color: #ff0000;">四、招生院校及计划</span></strong></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">(</span><span style="font-family: 方正楷体_GBK; font-weight: bold;">一）招生院校</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 10pt;">招生院校为我市具有普通专升本招生任务的市属本科院校，主要安排职业教育本科和应用型本科高校招生。</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正楷体_GBK; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold;">（二）招生计划</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 10pt;">市教委根据教育部下达的专升本总计划分别下达各招生院校的专升本招生计划。招生院校根据市教委下达的计划，结合重庆经济社会发展、产业结构布局和本校的办学条件、专业特色、发展定位、全市专科院校各专业毕业生情况等，编制本校专升本分专业招生计划。各招生院校制定招生计划时，要科学设置专升本各专业对应关系，且按专业类（或专业群）进行招生。各校分专业招生计划，经市教委综合审查和全市总体平衡后，由学校统一对外发布并执行。我委可根据全市情况，调节或指定相关高校增减各专业招生计划。各招生学校要在本校官方网站主页公布招生计划、本专科专业对应关系、咨询电话等信息，并负责做好解释说明工作。</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 10pt;">对于无对口或相近本科专业的高职专科专业，暂不开展普通专升本工作。有关专科毕业院校要加强与招生院校工作对接，积极主动了解本校相关专业（特别是有首届毕业生的新专业）与本科院校招生专业的对应情况，若确无对应本科院校及专业招生的，要负责做好解释说明工作。</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">3.<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">计算机类：即专业名称中含计算机、大数据、人工智能、硬件、软件、网络、程序等字样的专业；</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">4.<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">英语类：即专业名称中含英语字样的专业；</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5.<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">艺体类：即考生当年按艺术类或体育类专业录取所属的专业；</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 10pt;">各专科专业所属类别由毕业院校根据本校招生专业类别、人才培养定位等具体予以明确并负责解释。</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正楷体_GBK; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold;">（二）考试科类</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 10pt;">普通高校专升本考试按文、理科两个大类组织考试。文、理科按考生就读高职专科专业当年招收时规定的科类性质或学校专业人才培养定位等确定，由毕业院校具体明确并负责解释。文、理科兼收的专业由专科毕业院校确定考试科类并负责解释，同校同专业同方向学生，其考试科类应相同。</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 10pt;">报名时经专科毕业院校及考生本人确定的专业类别和考试科类，作为考生参加考试和录取的依据。在考试、填报志愿和录取等环节，均不得更改专业类别和考试科类。</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正楷体_GBK; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold;">（三）加试</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">招生学校，尤其是技术技能要求较高的学校，可组织加试，加强对接收学生专业基础、技术技能和综合素质考核考查。考核考查成绩可计入总成绩，但占总成绩的比例不超过</span>30%<span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK;">，作为录取依据。具体的加试要求与考核考查办法及占总成绩的比例由招生学校规定，且必须在学校的实施方案中明确和对外公布，并报市教育考试院备案。</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: 方正黑体_GBK; color: #ff0000;">七、考试组织</span></strong></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 10pt;">普通高校专升本考试报名和收取报考费、命题、制卷、施考、阅卷、成绩发布等工作的具体要求，由市教育考试院另文发布和组织实施。考生统考成绩，在全市最低控制分数线发布后公布。</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 10pt;">全市统一考试由市教育考试院按照相对集中和就近原则设置考点和组织实施。所有考试必须全部安排在标准化考点进行，相关学校有责任有义务承担考试任务，并按照要求做好相关考务工作。</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: 方正黑体_GBK; color: #ff0000;">八、划线和成绩发布</span></strong></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 10pt;">（一）市教委、市教育考试院根据全市统考成绩，结合招生比例和招生计划，按考生类别分专业类别分别划定并公布全市最低控制分数线。</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 10pt;">（二）在发布全市最低控制分数线后，及时公布考生成绩。只有填报加试专业的考生，才能参加招生学校组织实施的加试。要求加试的招生学校，必须在全市规定的统一录取时间之前，完成加试、成绩上传和综合成绩折算与确认等工作。综合成绩作为录取依据。</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt;
